Health Care Program Analyst

Management Applications, Inc. is seeking a skilled Health Care Program Analyst to support the healthcare operations of our client. As a leading provider of Managed IT Services and Staff Augmentation, we are committed to delivering exceptional results in the healthcare industry.

The successful candidate will report to the Department Head of Healthcare Business and work closely with the Executive Steering Committee to provide expert analytics support for clinical and business decisions. This includes:

  • Providing timely and accurate data and analytical insights to support leadership decision-making
  • Supporting business and clinical operations functions, business planning, and business decisions
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining metrics to support leadership decision-making
  • Assisting with data required for Command performance measures

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, data analysis, and healthcare operations. They will be able to:

  • Apply professional knowledge of analytics, including theories, principles, and practices common to mathematics, statistics, data mining, and scientific inquiry
  • Conduct studies involving clinical and business development subjects in the functional areas of performance improvement and data analysis
  • Perform research in specialized areas, including financial resources, logistics, personnel, and facilities
  • Maintain information covering program activities for reference and inclusion in presentations to management officials and personnel

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge and familiarity of CHCS, M2, DEERS, and the TRICARE military health program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Current certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
