Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at an 18th Century Gastro pub in Newbury. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading our front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of part-time employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Upsell products and train the team to do the same, driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including cross-contamination and allergen awareness, and train the team on these matters.
  • Develop and implement ideas to improve guest experience and drive business growth.
  • Adapt to a wide range of situations, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
