Academic Placement Coordinator

A competitive salary with an estimated £32,000 - £36,000 basic + uncapped commission (most consultants earn an additional £10,000 per annum) is offered for this Recruitment Consultant position at Austin Fraser in Leicester.

We are seeking a proactive individual who can build relationships with clients and candidates, grow their desk to increase margin, and ensure all candidates are compliant to work. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in resourcing candidates, advertising roles on various job boards & social media, and contributing to the growth and success of Austin Fraser.
