Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead evaluations of new radio technologies and provide recommendations to support our business goals.
  • Develop and implement radio capability strategies aligned with our company objectives.
  • Support technology trials and validate new solutions to ensure they meet our business needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on RAN features and provide technical support across teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive alignment and influence technology adoption.
  • Produce technical requirements and specifications for new capabilities.
  • Present strategies and roadmaps to senior management to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  • Support regulatory and industry consultations on radio-related matters to ensure compliance and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Open RAN, LTE, and 5G technologies.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud, and virtualization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in strategy development, technology evaluation, and field trials.
  • Knowledge of network simulation, project management, and Agile methodology.
  • Relevant academic qualification in telecommunications or computer science.
