Job Description:

Cellomatics Biosciences Ltd. is a leading Contract Research Organisation (CRO) in the pre-clinical laboratory services sector. We are seeking a skilled Bioassay Scientist to join our team at 10 Colwick Quays Business Park, Nottingham, UK.

The successful candidate will contribute to the establishment and delivery of high-quality services within the department, taking responsibility for developing and performing cell-based and biochemical assays for client projects. They will prepare and present oral and written reports to internal and external audiences, providing technical expertise and developing the technical capabilities of the department.

A degree in Cell Biology/Life Sciences or equivalent is essential, as is previous experience in cell culture, cell based functional assays, biochemical assays, high throughput screening, fluorescence microscopy, and western blotting. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building and deploying assay systems, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

We offer a competitive salary, discretionary bonus, 3% employer pension contribution, and flexible working options. This is a permanent full-time position based at our facility in Nottingham, UK.
