Job Title: Store Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Store Manager to lead our team in a busy tourist location. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving performance and sales, and managing the store's KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive performance and retail sales across the store
- Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
- Manage the store's KPIs, including P&L, Audit, and Customer service
- Keep the team's technical product knowledge up to date
- Report to the area manager

Requirements:

- Passion for the outdoors
- Retail experience at Supervisor, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level
- Ability to manage KPIs and budgets to improve store performance
- Commercial awareness, knowing market trends and competitor analysis
