About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in their food, brand, and most importantly their people. Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Maintenance of a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
• Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated ability to manage pressure, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively at all levels
• An excellent team player with a committed and organised approach
• A desire to succeed in your role and possess the ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts and demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
