About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Footasylum's Edge Lane store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and product care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Handle transactions with a smile and ensure every purchase is a positive experience for our customers.
