Theatre Practitioner Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our Minor Operations team at Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and experiences for patients, working on a varied caseload using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff
- Deliver high-quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence-based, and appropriate
- Scrub for Minor LA Procedures over several specialties
- Assist with the admitting and discharging of Local anaesthetic Minor Procedure patients
Requirements
- High levels of focus and engagement
- A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail
- Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC
- Post-registration experience
- Excellent communication skills and a great team worker
