Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at People Source Consulting trading as Experis. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from costing, forecasting, planning, resource, implementation, delivery, and budgets.
  • Ensure project technical scope, costs, quality, time parameters are managed and updated throughout the project life cycle.
  • Act as a champion for our customers, monitoring data, driving SLA performance, and creating added value.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues within the project, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Degree in management, technical, or engineering field.
  • Prince 2 Practitioner level or other project management skills/certification.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages an advantage.
  • Demonstrated use of process improvement techniques an advantage.
