Head of Private Client Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to lead our thriving Private Client department in Brighton, East Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic case load, overseeing a team of fee earners and support staff, and contributing to the growth and development of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, and Estates
  • Lead and motivate a team of 5 fee earners and support staff
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the Private Client department
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive/FCILEx with 7+ years PQE
  • Proven experience in managing a team and leading a department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
