We're looking for a talented Lead Product Analyst to help drive data-driven decisions that will shape the future of our platform.

Role Overview

As a Lead Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of our platform. You will be at the forefront of analyzing user behavior, market trends, and product performance to uncover actionable insights. Your expertise will guide the product team in making data-driven decisions, optimising user experience, and enhancing our competitive edge.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science, to drive the growth and success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of user data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimise the customer journey, increase conversion rates, and drive engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentations to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and benchmark our platform's performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • ~5+ years of experience in product analytics, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data insights.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with statistical modelling, machine learning, and predictive analytics is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
