We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our purpose-built care homes in Wheldrake, specialising in Elderly & Dementia Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our experienced team to create a supportive and caring community.

**Job Description**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. We are looking for someone with a valid NMC pin, good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, and experience in infection control, moving and handling, wound care, and drug administration. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing individual care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development, including a Personal Development Plan and support with nurse revalidation.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £19.40 per hour, in addition to paid breaks and handover, career progression opportunities, and a range of benefits, including a workplace pension and a recommend a friend paid scheme.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, have good communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to have a good understanding of the most up-to-date clinical practices, including infection control, moving and handling, wound care, and drug administration.
