Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at BRC Reinforcements. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, working closely with our experienced team to produce high-quality steel reinforcement products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
  • Complete production activities in order of priority, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications, monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
  • Maintain accurate daily production records to analyze manufacturing performance.

Requirements:

  • No experience is necessary, but experience in a production environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
