Job Overview:

You will be working at Thornford Park, a service providing medium and low secure services for men and women. This includes two Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU's). Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary for this role is £60,500. You will also receive the equivalent of 33 days annual leave, plus your birthday off. Additionally, free lunchtime meals and parking are provided.

About the Role:
This position involves deputising for the Lead Psychologist in their absence, taking a key role in service development, line management of specified team members, and providing robust clinical supervision and support. You will also contribute to MDT care planning and review, as well as contributing to audit and research as directed by the line manager. A BPS accredited and HCPC approved Doctorate is required for this role, along with post-doctoral level knowledge and application of research methodology. The ideal candidate will work at Thornford Park, which provides a seamless internal care pathway supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.
