Salary: £12.50 per hour (shift/block pay) and 35p per mile.

About the Role:

As a Care Support Professional with Sage Care, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our customers, enabling them to live safer and more supported lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to customers, following individual care plans and assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Support customers with medication management and assist with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • No prior social care experience required; we focus on compassion and ability to care.
  • Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
