Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Impairment Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist visual impairment rehabilitation services to residents with sensory impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide specialist visual impairment rehabilitation services to residents with sensory impairments
* Conduct sensory needs assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014
* Provide equipment, minor adaptations, lighting assessments, and vision rehabilitation
* Mentor and supervise staff, including apprentices
* Manage a caseload of specialist visual impairment rehabilitation
* Provide visual impairment advice and support to colleagues across Adult Social Care

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of visual impairment rehabilitation and sensory needs assessments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
