About the Role

The Wayman Group is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Drama, meeting the needs of all students
  • Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Contribute to the development of the Drama department, including curriculum planning and resource development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Relevant degree in Drama or a related subject
  • Experience of teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
