Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Recycling Operative to join our team at Gap Personnel. As a Recycling Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient sorting and processing of recyclable materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sortation duties on a conveyor belt, accurately sorting recyclables according to specifications.
- Ensure the recycling area is maintained in a clean and organized state, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Comply with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Meet quality standards, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
About You:
- Working knowledge of health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, with the capacity to lift heavy objects as required.
Working Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 0700am – 1700pm.
- £12.00 per hour, plus a weekly attendance bonus.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will be proactive team players, able to liaise and cooperate with all members of staff. They will operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, upholding integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business, while adhering to health and safety legislation.
