Empowering Learning: Year 2 Class Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Year 2 Class Teacher to join our team at Empowering Learning. Our school is committed to providing a supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire pupils in year 2, aligned with the National Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to achieve their full potential.
  • Utilize assessment data to track pupil progress and provide targeted support to ensure all learners make excellent academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of pupils.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Key Stage 1.
  • A thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
