Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RNLD/RMN to join our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist - Learning Disability. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel across York, Leeds, Bradford, and surrounding areas.

As a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance and support to care givers and ensuring that the right restraint techniques are being used and the care plan is being adhered to. You will also conduct regular supervisions and annual appraisals, complete daily records, and adhere to confidentiality policies handling information appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £42,000-£45,000 per annum, plus a 5% annual bonus and a £3,000 car allowance. Additionally, you will have access to a wide range of benefits, including learning and development opportunities, gym membership discounts, and rewards and recognition programs.
