About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Dismantler to join our team at SYNETIQ Ltd. in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dismantle vehicles, including LCVs, to remove parts for sale and ensure quality checking is carried out in line with customer orders.
  • Operate a forklift machine to move vehicles and parts around the yard.
  • Remove parts for sale from vehicles to order and replenish our growing parts warehouse.
  • Quality check the parts that have been dismantled for sale.
  • Assist with the organisation of the yard and sorting vehicles around the site.
  • Perform housekeeping and yard operative duties.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with LCVs/Cars, either mechanically, body panels, or as a hobby.
  • FLT training desirable.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Experience of using a range of hand tools.
  • Ability to work in a competent and efficient manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask methodically and safely.
  • Health and Safety awareness.
