We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counter Terrorism Case Officer to join our team at Counter Terrorism Policing. As a CT Case Officer, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing cases related to counter-terrorism, working closely with local authorities and community organizations to prevent radicalization and protect vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess cases for suitability for local authority-led management and refer cases to a Channel Coordinator
  • Coordinate between different organizations to ensure effective case management and support
  • Work with local authorities and community organizations to develop and implement strategies to prevent radicalization and protect vulnerable individuals
  • Provide police support and guidance to local authorities and community organizations as needed

Requirements

  • Strong safeguarding background and experience working with vulnerable individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of counter-terrorism strategies and policies
