We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Cirencester Leisure Centre. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and are achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme
- Communicate with children's parents/guardians concerning their development and advise on their progression through the programme
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
- Provide excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers
- Deal with children and their parents in a professional and respectful manner
- Hold a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and undergo a DBS check
