Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Stir. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and assisting in the preparation of delicious and nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team to create a fantastic dining experience for students and staff
  • Operate tills and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, including food hygiene and health and safety policies
Requirements
  • A friendly and versatile personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous catering experience
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Food hygiene level 2 (desirable)

We expect all staff to share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be sought by the company.
