As an Environmental Specialist at Refresco, you will work closely with our senior leadership teams to drive our sustainability strategy and support the implementation of our environmental and sustainability initiatives. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on environmental and sustainability matters, including developing and implementing policies and procedures to minimize our environmental impact.

Refresco is a leading independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites across Europe, North America, and Australia. Our UK site in Bridgwater is one of our largest facilities, with a state-of-the-art factory and warehouse. We work with all major UK supermarkets and well-known branded drinks producers.

As an Environmental Specialist, you will enjoy a competitive salary, 10% annual bonus, a good company pension scheme, life assurance, and 27 days + bank holidays, plus the option to buy additional days.

About the role:

  • Provide professional support and advice to the Site HSE Manager and senior leadership teams on environmental and sustainability matters.
