About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the UK Service Line Leader for Contaminated Land. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our UK Site Solutions service line, working closely with other Service Line Leaders to deliver sustainable site solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the UK Site Solutions service line, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a national team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the service line.
  • Collaborate with other Ramboll Markets, Geographies, Service Lines, and Sectors to bring the best of Ramboll to our clients.
  • Implement Ramboll's governance, project management, and compliance processes in the service line, ensuring a culture of openness, inclusion, and innovation.
  • Lead selected client engagement and management, developing and growing trusted advisory relationships with our clients.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in an environmental discipline (advantageous).
  • Full driving licence.
  • Financial and technical project management experience.
  • Project ownership and direction, including project-related health and safety.
  • Experience in department or P&L management.
  • Managing workload, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects.
