We're seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Sigma Recruitment. As a key player in advancing decarbonisation and environmental goals, you'll contribute directly to a cleaner, greener future through meaningful actions and initiatives.

This role enables you to channel your passion into creating impactful environmental compliance solutions, driving sustainable change and staying ahead of evolving regulations.

You'll have the opportunity to lead and participate in community engagement activities, strengthening relationships and building a positive impact beyond the workplace.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving sustainable change by advancing decarbonisation and environmental goals
  • Staying ahead and innovating by keeping up with evolving environmental regulations
  • Connecting with the community by leading and participating in community engagement activities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in environmental or related sciences
  • Experience in an environment role, ideally with additional qualifications such as IEMA or NEBOSH
  • A full driving licence

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000, a bonus of up to 5%, a cash healthcare plan, 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays, and a 5% company pension contribution.
