Labour Manager - Construction Project

We are seeking an experienced Labour Manager to support the Project Manager on a £25million construction project in the northeast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Labour team on site and support the Project Manager in ensuring the project is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure that works are completed to a good standard.
  • Oversee health & safety on site, conduct inductions, issue permits and tool box talks.
  • Support the Project Manager with technical queries or challenges that arise.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing teams and excellent leadership qualities.
  • Ability to motivate internal and external teams on site.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Temporary Works qualifications.

This is a freelance position working via Search Consultancy. The rate is negotiable depending on experience.
