Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Solutions-Focused Client Account Manager in the Insurance Practice. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of our Insurance Practice, drive key relationships across new and existing clients, and build out the Insurance practice area.

In this role, you will partner with clients to identify and implement tailored solutions for key projects, working closely with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time and deliver measurable outcomes. You will also be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team to support client delivery and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as primary point of contact for insurance and public sector clients.
    • Build trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and ensuring we deliver effective solutions.
  • Practice Ownership:
    • Taking ownership of your practice area, driving its success and expansion.
    • Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team to support client delivery and growth objectives.
  • Solution Delivery:
    • Partnering with clients to identify and implement tailored solutions for key projects.
    • Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Business Development:
    • Identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within your accounts and practice area.
    • Developing and executing strategies for client growth and satisfaction.

  • Experience:
    • Proven success in client-facing account management, ideally within insurance or public sectors.
    • Proven experience building and managing a pipeline of client opportunities.
    • Proven expertise engaging with internal Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Teams to create bespoke solutions for clients.
    • Managing and winning business through statements of work (SoW).
