Children's Hospice Clinical Leader

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Paediatric Nurse to lead a clinical team at a state-of-the-art children's hospice in North London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
You will work closely with our medical director to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care possible. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience as a paediatric nurse and a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
We offer a competitive salary up to £49,976, a £5,000 welcome bonus, and excellent benefits.
