Job Overview

H&M Group is seeking a skilled Department Manager to oversee a department and support the Sales and Profit of the store. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a Customer First Experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all colleagues and customers.
• Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and support succession through development and training.
• Analyse and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for the department.
• Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security are in accordance with H&M standards and local laws.
