Senior Construction Planner

About the Role:
MTRP Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Construction Planner to join their team. As a key member of the Planning department, you will work closely with senior members to plan and schedule construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software
Coordinate with project managers and site teams to gather information and update schedules
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues; Prepare and present progress reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation
Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines
Analyse and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement
Support the project risk management process, including the identification and analysis of risks and opportunities
Requirements:
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction planning, preferably within a main contracting construction environment
Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent
Knowledge of construction contracts and experience in contract administration is an advantage
