Job Description

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Waking Night Care Professional.

We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional care and support to our clients during the night, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and companionship to clients during the night
  • Supporting clients with medication and other needs
  • Working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

We offer a comprehensive training program for all new staff members, so no prior experience is necessary. However, having experience in a care setting or interacting with older adults is desirable.

As a Waking Night Care Professional, you will be expected to work within a client's own home, providing care and support during the night. This is a rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy and understanding.

Home Instead is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expects all staff to share this commitment.

This role is subject to a DBS enhanced disclosure, and we will cover the cost of this.

We ask that you reside within a 5-mile radius of the Southport and Formby area and have the right to work in the UK.
