Job Title: Business Development Manager - Corporate Office Interiors Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Apleona Workspace. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across Northern England and Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new clients in the corporate office interiors sector
- Nurture new relationships and develop new market sectors
- Create a pipeline of new opportunities
- Work closely with the senior management team to refine regional business development strategies
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and sales reports
Requirements:
- Degree and/or relevant professional qualification or equivalent
- Experience of the workspace sector with a successful track record in securing new business
- Ability to work in a team and with cross-functional business teams
- Extensive understanding of the corporate relocation and move management market
- Experience of working across the North of England and Scotland commercial office interiors sector
