Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team at The People Network. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting with the sales process by providing technical assistance, proof of concepts, and configuration of demonstration environments.

Working in a small but expanding consulting team, you will receive full training on the leading Output Management solution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Attending customer meetings and advising from a pre-sales and consultancy perspective
  • Providing development and delivery services in line with best practices
  • Liaising directly with customers and managing your own workloads
  • Producing and documenting functional design reports
  • Providing support and ensuring calls are effectively managed

The successful Technical Specialist will have:

  • Good technical understanding with experience working as a Technical Consultant
  • Skills in SQL, including being able to read and write SQL queries
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Computer Science Degree or relevant is desirable
  • Technical experience with any of the following tools is desirable, not essential: Microsoft Dynamics, JavaScript, Microsoft Azure, JSON & XML

In terms of package on offer, you can expect a salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, plus a range of excellent benefits.
