Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dining Service Professional to join our team at Charlotte Street Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering knowledgeable recommendations from our exquisite menu to enhance the guest experience.
  • Deliver meals promptly and courteously, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Handle payment transactions swiftly and accurately, providing a seamless and efficient service.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs promptly and with a smile, demonstrating a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, demonstrating a clear understanding of service excellence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is flawless and meets our high standards.
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage, with a desire to share knowledge and enthusiasm with guests and contribute to the success of our culinary team.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
