About the Role

DAS Law, part of ARAG UK, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Private Client team within the Employment Department. As a Senior Associate, you will handle a variety of work from initial referral to conclusion, including non-contentious tasks such as advising on settlement agreement terms, drafting and negotiating contracts, and assisting with private litigation cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing open and honest relationships with team members and colleagues
  • Collaborating with the wider employment department and business
  • Supporting with drafting and reviewing letters for employers and employees
  • Advising on employment processes and procedures

About You

We are looking for a fully qualified Solicitor/CILEX with prior experience in employment litigation, who can demonstrate:

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and procedure
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively
  • Experience of or desire to assist in business development
