Job Description

As a Global Account Manager at Superdry, you will play a crucial role in servicing the requirements of our global licensee partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our partners feel heard, supported, and valued at every stage of their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular product and order placement information to our global licensee partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with our partners to ensure their needs are met and any issues are promptly resolved.
  • Be the point of contact for ensuring delivery requirements are satisfied by working closely with the Central Purchasing team.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to present to senior management on how our accounts are performing.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners, coordinating with internal teams such as logistics and wholesale.
  • Complete other projects and tasks as required to support a fast-paced, growing business.
Requirements
  • An experienced account manager with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate in Excel and proficient in using different systems to independently build clear and easy-to-interpret reports.
