Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Cleaning Co-ordinator to join our team at Lenham Storage Co. Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities management or cleaning services role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks.
