Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Certification Engineer to enhance our quality assurance team during a phase of significant growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product approval process from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate and report on engineering change requests utilizing the quality management system.
- Ensure accurate updates to the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Support company-wide internal audits, including the management of the audit schedule.
- Collaborate with the broader quality team on various quality-related tasks.
- Engage daily with the operations team to apply quality techniques throughout the engineering process.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements within the engineering function.
- Maintain and update ERP data within the QMS.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Quality Team environment.
- Background in a manufacturing or engineering context.
- Familiarity with conducting internal audits, preferably ISO9001.
- Experience with certification documentation in regulated industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £35,000.
- Company bonus structure.
- Generous holiday allowance of 24 days plus 8 bank holidays.
- 10% contribution to company pension plan.
