Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Proper Pubs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your colleagues to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Contribute to the creation of menus and specials boards
- Work closely with the pub management team to achieve business objectives
