We are seeking a part-time Medical Administrator to join our friendly team at the Blackburn Partnership Centre in West Lothian. The successful candidate will work 20-25 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, and be flexible to cover sickness/holiday leave.

As a Medical Administrator, you will be responsible for general office administration, including reception work. Experience in a practice is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The role entails:

  • Providing administrative support to our healthcare team
  • Managing patient records and corresponding with patients
  • Handling phone calls and correspondence
  • Assisting with clinical tasks as required
