About the Job:

As a Learning and Skills Facilitator at Bedford College, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. Your role will involve providing tailored support to help students develop their study skills and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining resources to support students with learning difficulties and disabilities
  • Working closely with curriculum staff to ensure effective support for students
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to students
  • Assessing and administering tests, as well as invigilating exams

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Level 3 (A level or equivalent) standard qualification
  • Experience working with students with learning difficulties and disabilities
  • Recent experience in an administrative office environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with colleagues and students

Salary and Benefits:
