Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to our Care Professionals in their day-to-day activities
  • Onboard new carers and introduce them to clients, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Carry out introductions for new client-care professional matches, ensuring a strong foundation for care delivery
  • Support, supervise, and mentor all Care Professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensure all services are compliant with relevant legislations, CQC standards, and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and legible records of client information, adhering to our record-keeping policies and procedures
  • Respond promptly to client queries and concerns
  • Deliver care calls as required in emergency situations or gaps in the rota
  • Participate in the on-call telephone support service, providing support to clients and carers as needed
  • Continuously review and improve processes to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient care service

Requirements:

  • Hold, or be working towards, a minimum QCF/NVQ level 3 qualification in Social Care
  • Understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Outstanding scores
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
