About the Role:

Our top legal client in Luton is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their reputable team as a Residential Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
  2. Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
  3. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and attend meetings and hearings when required.
  4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other members of the team to ensure efficient case management.
  5. Maintain accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality, and comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property law.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, procedures, and precedents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of managing a caseload efficiently and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills in order to manage priorities effectively.
  • IT proficiency, including working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify potential issues and provide appropriate solutions.

The estimated salary for this role is £58,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
