Education Support Assistant

We are working closely with a large Primary School in Droylsden, Manchester, to find a full-time Teaching Assistant to support the year 1 classroom. The position is required due to a scheduled absence within Key Stage 1, and while recent experience in Key Stage 1 is desirable, it is not essential.
The school aims to provide a diverse school community, enriched by a broad range of nationalities and cultures. The successful candidate will work in a full-time role (8:30am-3:30pm) and is required to start in school in November.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher or the HLTA covering the class teacher in implementing structured learning.
- Promote positive pupil behaviour and conduct.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
