Area Sales Manager

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a high-end range of modular framing systems and firestop products for HVAC applications to M&E contractors, framework contractors, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct CPD seminars to educate customers on our products and services
- Visit on-site locations to conduct pull-out and anchor testing
- Work closely with regional engineers to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Sell directly to M&E contractors, framework contractors, and end-users
Requirements:
- Proven construction sales experience in the M&E, HVAC, or Plumbing & Heating sectors
- Technical knowledge and ability to overcome technical queries
- Commercially astute, professional, and organized
- Solution-based sales approach, positive, professional, and customer service-oriented
