- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proven ability to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships, with a strong network of contacts and connections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
