Logistics People is recruiting skilled HGV drivers for full-time equivalent positions. As a HGV Class 1 driver, you will have the opportunity to work with top brands and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Drive heavy goods vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle checks and safety reports
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

You will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of goods, managing routes efficiently, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 3 months' experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles
  2. A valid HGV 1/C+E Licence
  3. No more than 6 points on your driving license and no DD/DR convictions
  4. Current, valid DCPC & Tacho cards
  5. Knowledge of Driver's Hours and Working Time Directive legislation
